Answer: 5/7

Explanation:

Using the slope formula=
(y_2 -y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

where (x1= -3, y1= 3); (x2= 4, y2=8)


(8-3)/(4-(-3))

=
(5)/(7)

The slope is 5/7

There might be an extra step but this is what I think it is
