Mark the rule

  • Stronger acids form acidiy salts .
  • Weaker acids from basic salts .

Carbonic acids contain C means it is too weak .

So it can't form acidic salts

Answer

Because carbonic acid is a weak acid.

A weak acid is only partially ionized in a solution.in other words,a weak acid doesn't completely dissociate or break apart into ions in a solution.
