The given expression is

14^(23)*14^8

From the property of exponents if the base of the exponent is same and the base are multiply then the exponents values will add,

\begin{gathered} a^x* a^x=a^(x+x) \\ \text{ h}ere\text{ , a=base \& x = exponent} \end{gathered}

Apply this property in the given exepression :

\begin{gathered} 14^(23)*14^8=14^(23+8) \\ 14^(23)*14^8=14^(31) \\ 14^(23)*14^8=3.3882 \end{gathered}

Answer : 3.3882
