One event is independent to another if its occurrence does not affect the probability of occurrence of the other.

A: You have a deck of cards. The first event is to pick a ten. Now, for the second event, you have one less card, so the probability for frawing another card will be affected. These are dependent events.

B: You pick a red marble, then you toss a coin. Your coin has nothing to do with the marbles, so your tossing will not be affected by the result of the marble picking event. These are independent events.

C & D: These examples are almost the same as the first one, so, dependent events.

The answer is B.
