Many of the processed foods contain Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 5, Yellow 6 which are all dyes that cause Cancer, cellular death, destroys your DNA, hair loss, and many other harmful causes. Now the government forces all of these chemicals and dyes to be a requirement to be added to your food. Now natural fruits and veggies and whole protein are better than a processed diet.
