(-6, -1)

Explanation:

x = (Xa + Xb)/2

-2 = (4 + Xb)/2

-2 = 4 + Xb

Xb = -6

y = (Ya + Yb)/2

-2 = (3 + Yb)/2

Yb + 3 = -4

Yb = -1
