Slope intercept form:

y=mx+b

Where:

m= slope

b= y-intercept

We already have the slope, so:

y= -3/2x+b

Then put the coordinate values given (x,y)= (-2,-7)

-7=-3/2(-2)+b

Solve for b:

-7 = 3+b

-7-3=b

-10=b

Replace the y-intecept value:

y =-3/2x-10
