In order to identify the quadrant of each point, we can use the following information:

- 1st quadrant: positive x and positive y

- 2nd quadrant: negative x and positive y

- 3rd quadrant: negative x and negative y

- 4th quadrant: positive x and negative y

Now let's identify the coordinates and quadrant of each point in the coordinate plane:

\begin{gathered} A(3,-1)\to quadrant\text{ 4} \\ B(-4,4)\to quadrant\text{ 2} \\ C(-2,1)\to\text{quadrant 2} \\ D(2,-4)\to quadrant\text{ 4} \\ E(1,0)\to x-axis \\ F(-3,-3)\to quadrant\text{ 3} \\ G(0,3)\to y-axis \\ H(4,2)\to quadrant\text{ 1} \end{gathered}
