The laws of physics do not depend on your speed what can change is how we need to describe them, that is, if, for example, the frame from which we are describing the laws is accelerating then it is usually harder to explain the motion or phenomena happening but the laws of physics are not changing. Another example of this is when the speed is close to the speed light, on these situations we need to use relativistic equations to describe what is happening, the reason we don't do this when the speed is not comparable to the speed of light is because the relativistic effects are negligible but that does not mean that they are not there or that the laws are changing.
