If 1.50 mol C₃H₈ are burned, then 3 × 1.50 = 7.50 mol CO₂ is produced.

CO₂ has a molar mass of about 44.009 g/mol, so this amount has a mass of about

(7.50 mol) (44.009 g/mol) ≈ 330.7 g ≈ 331 g
