Answer:

Not a solution.

Explanation:

$-6x + 6y = - 9\\\rule{150}{0.5}\\-6((1)/(2)) + 6(2) = -9\\\\-3 + 12 = -9\\\\9 =-9$

The final result is a contradiction. It is not a solution to the equation, and therefore, will not be on the line.
