We notice that the boundary lines seem to divide the appropriate regions , but the problem is that inequalities that do NOT contain the "=" sign in the inequality symbol (like in this case y< and y> ) should be graphed with DASHED lines.

Both lines appear as solid lines. and should be drawn with DASHED lines.

So please select option B which states exactly this.
