Using distributive property:


\begin{gathered} 7(-7x-3)=7(-7x)+(7)(-3)=-49x-21 \\ \text{Therefore:} \\ 7(-7x-3)+7=-49x-21+7 \\ \text{add like terms:} \\ -49x+(-21+7) \\ -49x-14 \end{gathered}
