We need to solve the following inequality:


x-4>-8

To do that we have to isolate the variable on the left side. The first step is to add "4" on both sides.


\begin{gathered} x-4+4>-8+4 \\ x>-4 \end{gathered}

The value of x must be greater than -4 for this inequality bo be valid.

To graph this result we need to draw a line at the point that x = -4, then we collor the side that is greater than that.

To graph it at the line we need to go to the point that solves the equation, in this case is -4 and if the signal is ">" we collor the right part of the line.
