We have the next formula in order to calculate the surface area

SA=2\pi r^2+2\pi rh

where

r=2m

h=9

we substitute the values

SA=(2)(3.1416)(2^2)+2(3.1416)(2)(9)=138.23m^2

the answer is 138.23m^2
