We have that the function

a_n=18n+7

which gives the n-th term of the sequence. If we want to know the term, we have to replace the n-value on the function. So, for this exercise, we will replace n with the value 8, as we want to know the 8th term.

Then,

\begin{gathered} a_8=18(8)+7_{}_{} \\ _{} \end{gathered}

We make the multiplication, and we obtain:

a_8=144+7=151

This means that the 8th term of the sequence above mentioned is 151.
