The lateral surface area of a cylinder with radius r and height h is

A=2\pi rh

Here r=47.6cm and h=83.6cm

So lateral surface area is

\begin{gathered} A=2\pi*47.6*83.6 \\ A=25003.056cm^2 \\ A=25003.06\operatorname{cm} \end{gathered}

The volume of the cylinder is

\begin{gathered} V=\pi r^2h \\ V=\pi*(47.6)^2*83.6 \\ V=595072.740 \\ V=595072.74 \end{gathered}
