The base of triangle is b = 12 and height is h = 5.

The formula for the area of triangle is,

A=(1)/(2)\cdot b\cdot h

Substitute the values in the formula to determine the area of triangle.

\begin{gathered} A=(1)/(2)\cdot12\cdot5 \\ =6\cdot5 \\ =30 \end{gathered}

So area of triangle is 30.
