Since the line passes through the origin, the vertical and horizontal intercept is 0.

Now, we can see that the line passes through the points (0,0) and (8,-10).

Therefore, the slope is

\begin{gathered} m=(8-0)/(-10-0) \\ =-(8)/(10) \\ =-(4)/(5) \end{gathered}

Hence, the slope is -4/5.
