In this question,
1) We have to dilate A using P as the center of dilation and a scale factor of 3 and label the new point A'
The P is at the center, say 0.
The A lies at 1.
A' (after scaling 3 times A) would be = 3 * 1 = 3
Therefore, A' will lie on point 3 or circle 3.
2) We have to dilate B using P as the center of dilation and a scale factor of 2 and label the new point B'
The P is at the center, say 0.
The B lies at 2.
B' (after scaling 2 times B) would be = 2 * 2 = 4
Therefore, B' will lie on point 4 or circle 4.
