we have the following:

\begin{gathered} 5x-3y=6 \\ 3y=5x-6 \\ y=(5)/(3)x-(6)/(2) \\ y=(5)/(3)x-2 \end{gathered}

now, x-intercept:

\begin{gathered} y=0 \\ 0=(5)/(3)x-2 \\ (5)/(3)x=2 \\ x=(3\cdot2)/(5)=(6)/(5) \\ \end{gathered}

therefore,

((6)/(5),0)

now, y-intercept:

\begin{gathered} x=0 \\ y=(5)/(3)x-2 \\ y=(5)/(3)\cdot0-2 \\ y=-2 \\ \end{gathered}

therefore,

(0,-2)
