From the graph, we get that one of the inequalities is a less than, and the other one is a less than or equal to, therefore one of the statements a or b must be wrong.

Notice that the line y=-x+3 has the following graph:

Since the above graph proves that the b statement is correct, then the a statement is incorrect, it should be:


y\le(1)/(2)x-1.

Now, recall that for a system of inequalities solved graphically, the solutions are the points in the darkest shaded region, notice that the points on the line y=-x+3 are not in that region, therefore, statement c is incorrect.

Answer: a and c.
