To solve the present problem we can just use a formula use the following strategy:

For the first choice, there are 7 possibilities (all the 7). For the second choice, there are 6 possibilities (all the 7 less the first already chosen). For the third choice 5, then 4, and 3. From this, we know that the number of possible arranges is the multiplication of these numbers.
