we have that

1) a square

side length=5p

L=5p

W=5p

2)

adding 1 to the length ------> L=5p+1

subtracting 1 from the width ------> W=5p-1

Find out the area

A=L*W

substitute

A=(5p+1)*(5p-1)

A=25p^2-1 ----> by difference of squares

therefore

the answer is option fourth
