We have that a function translation is given by the following rule:

\begin{gathered} g(x)=f(x+k) \\ \end{gathered}

where 'k' is a real number. We also have the following properties for 'k':

\begin{gathered} k>0\Rightarrow the\text{ function moves left} \\ k<0\Rightarrow\text{the function moves right} \end{gathered}

in this case, we have thef ollowing function:

g(x)=f(x+4)=10^(x+4)

then, the graph of g(x) will be 4 units to the right from the graph of the function f(x)
