From the problem, we have the expression :

7^(-10)

Note that negative exponents are written in the denominator for them to be positive.

a^(-n)=(1)/(a^n)

So that will be :

7^(-10)\Rightarrow(1)/(7^(10))

ANSWER :

(1)/(7^(10))
