Given the cost of one pound of flour to be $1.18,

4.5pounds of the flour will cost $(1.18 * 4.5) i.e $5.31

Also if the cost of one pound of baking soda is $0.62, 0.25 pounds will cost:

$ (0.62 * 0.25) = $0.155

The total amount of baking soda and the flour will be equivalent to $5.31 + $0.155 = $5.465

Hence the total amount is $5.465. Option B is correct
