Then

Perimeter P = 3x - 7 + 3x - 7 + x

. P= (3x+3x+x) - 14

. P= 7x - 14

Now find x ,with formula

63 = 7x - 14

Then

(63+14)/7= x

77/7= x

11 = x

Then answer is

x= 11
