For this equation will have no solution when

9x = h3x = 3hx

Then,

9x = 3hx

9 = 3h

h = 9/3

h = 3

Then,

9x + 18 = 3 ( 3x + 6 )

9x + 18 = 9x + 6

Then, the equation will have an inconsistent result:

If we subtract 9x at both sides, we finally have:

9x - 9x + 18 = 9x - 9x + 6

0 + 18 = 6

18 = 6

Therefore, for h = 3, this equation will have no solution.
