So we have that the length of one side of the figure is


\begin{gathered} s=\frac{\sqrt[]{18^2+24^2}}{2}=\frac{\sqrt[]{324\text{ + 576}}}{2} \\ =\frac{\sqrt[]{900}}{2}=(30)/(2)=15 \end{gathered}

So the answer is that one side of the figure have a length of 15.
