From the trigonometric identities, we know that


\sec \theta=(1)/(\cos \theta)

From the given triangle, we can see that


\cos \theta=(15)/(17)

then,


\sec \theta=(1)/((15)/(17))

so, the answer is


\sec \theta=(17)/(15)
