We have to find the binomial that is left when 6x²y² is factored out from 24x²y³-18x³y².

To do that we have to dividice the original expression by the factor. We can do this as:

\begin{gathered} (24x^2y^3-18x^3y^2)/(6x^2y^2) \\ (24x^2y^3)/(6x^2y^2)-(18x^3y^2)/(6x^2y^2) \\ (24)/(6)\cdot(x^2)/(x^2)\cdot(y^3)/(y^2)-(18)/(6)\cdot(x^3)/(x^2)\cdot(y^2)/(y^2) \\ 4\cdot1\cdot y-3\cdot x\cdot1 \\ 4y-3x \end{gathered}

Answer: the binomial left would be 4y-3x.
