We need to rearrange the expression below:


3x-2y=6

To do that we have to change the sides of the terms, when that's done their operation should be reversed. This is done below:


\begin{gathered} -2y=6-3x \\ y=(6)/(-2)-(3)/(2)x \\ y=-3-1.5x \\ y=-1.5x-3 \end{gathered}
