32 = 2*2*2*2*2

The highest common factor is 2*2*2 = 8

9/10 - 3/10 = 6/10 The denominator remains the same. The numerators get subtracted.

6/10 = 3/5 Two goes into both numerator and denominator of the answer. Therefore you can divide both 6 an 10 by 2
