The rule of the circumference of the circle is

C=\pi d

d is the diameter of the circle

From the given picture we can see

A circle with a diameter of 20 cm, then

d=20

Substitute d in the rule by 20

Use pi = 3.14

\begin{gathered} C=3.14*20 \\ C=62.8\text{ cm} \end{gathered}

The circumference of the circle is 62.8 cm
