We want to solve the equation:

-4(2m-7)=3(52-4m)

We could start by multiplying the term outside the bracket by the terms inside of it:

\begin{gathered} -8m+28=156-12m \\ -8m+12m=156-28 \\ 4m=128 \\ m=(128)/(4)=32 \end{gathered}

Therefore, m=32.
