x = -1, y = -3 , z = 1

To plot point (-1, -3, 1).

First, we move 1 unit out of the x-axis from its origin.

Next, we move 3 units to the left of the y-axis from its origin.

and finally,

We move 1 unit up from origin to 1 on the y-axis
