Looking at the graph, the hyperbola is shifted to the left by 3 units

This makes


\begin{gathered} x-(-3 \\ =x+3 \end{gathered}

And shifted up along the y-axis by 2 units to get


y-2

Hence the best equation that will satisfy this is


((x+3)^2)/(81)-((y-2)^2)/(169)=1

Therefore, option B is the correct answer
