m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=(-4-0)/(2-(-6))=(-4)/(8)=-(1)/(2)

Using slope point equation:

\begin{gathered} y-y1=m(x-x1) \\ y-0=-(1)/(2)(x-(-6)) \\ y=-(1)/(2)x-3 \\ 2y=-x-6 \\ \end{gathered}

since the values are below the line:

x+2y\le-6
