The general equation of the quadratic function is:

f(x)=a(x-h)^2+k

Where: the vertex will be = (h, k)

Given for problem 9:

f(x)=2(x-3)^2+1

compare to the general form

so, h = 3, k =1

So, the coordinates of the vertex = (3, 1)
