I bought 10 yards of ribbon. I have used 3.2 yards of ribbon so far and have $18.70worth of ribbon left. What does the ribbon cost per yard?

if you used 3.2, you have 6.8 yards to use. And if 6.8 costs 18.7 we have that


(18.7)/(6.8)=2.75

the costs per yard or the ribbon is $2.75
