it is given that the equation is


y=3x

so we know that the coefficient of x represents the slope of the equation if the equation is in standard form

that is y = mx + b

so the slope is m = 3

In the all four option we can see that 5 is the largest among all the coefficient of x

so

y = 5x + 2 will have greater slope.

also, we know that the slope defines the rate of change.

so the correct answer is option B.
