Subtracting au/2 to both sides:


-(bv)/(3)>10-(au)/(2)

Multiplying both sides by -1 and reversing:


(bv)/(3)<-10+(au)/(2)

Multiplying both sides by 3:


bv<-30+(3au)/(2)

Taking 2 as a common factor:


bv<(-60+3au)/(2)

Dividing both sides by b:


v<(-60+3au)/(2b)

Rearranging terms:


v<(3au-60)/(2b)

The appropiate inequality is the first option.
