The required triangle is the triangle bounded by solid lines. The formula for calculating the area of a triangle is expressed as

Area = 1/2bh

where

b represents base of triangle

h represents perpendicular height of triangle

From the information given,

h = 26

b = 21

By substituting these vaues into the formula,

Area = 1/2 x 21 x 26

Area = 273
