We have 10 corrals and 3 colors of shirts. So, every runner can receive one of ten corrals, and for every corral they also have one of 3 colors of shirts.

Therefore, the number of outcomes is:

30 corrals * 3 colors = 30

It means that every runner has 30 possible options of outcomes.

Answer: 30
