In the bell curve central value gives the mean of data. So for the given bell curce central value is 60. Thus mean is 60.

The range of standard deviation is from 54 to 66. So,


\begin{gathered} 2\sigma=66-54 \\ \sigma=(12)/(2) \\ =6 \end{gathered}

So standard deviation is 6.
