Take into account that the transformation:

T(x,y) => (ax,ay)

consists in a scalation of the image formed by the points (x,y). If a is greater than 1, the image increases, other wise, the image decreases.

Hence, you can conclude:

J). If a is in between 0 and 1, the image of the polygon is smaller than the polygon.
