$P(X>58.3)=P(Z>(X-\mu)/(\sigma))$
P(X>58.3)=P(Z>(58.3-55.8)/(7.8))

$P(X>58.3)=1-P(Z\leq0.3205)$
P(X>58.3)=1-0.6255
