In triangle SRT, side SR is equal to TR. So angle opposite to the equal sides are equal which means that,

\begin{gathered} \angle S=\angle T \\ \angle S=(2x+2)^(\circ) \end{gathered}

The sum of all angles of a triangle is equal to 180 degree. So,

\begin{gathered} \angle S+\angle R+\angle T=180^(\circ) \\ 2x+2+2x+2+3x+1=180^(\circ) \\ 7x=180^(\circ)-5^(\circ) \\ x=(175^(\circ))/(7) \\ =25^(\circ) \end{gathered}

Substitute the value of x in expression 2x+2 to obtain the measurement of angle S.

\begin{gathered} \angle S=2\cdot25^(\circ)+2^(\circ) \\ =52^(\circ) \end{gathered}

So answer is 52 degree.
