Let's find the expected value for the age of a randomly chosen student:

13 * 0.01 = 0.13

14 * 0.25 = 3.5

15 * 0.27 = 4.05

16 * 0.3 = 4.8

17 * 0.16 = 2.72

18 * 0.01 = 0.18

Expected value = 0.13 + 3.5 + 4.05 + 4.8 + 2.72 + 0.18

Expected value = 15.38

Cadince, now you're able to select the right choice.
